Due to the nature of the products and health and safety regulations I cannot accept any returns back unfortunately.
DAMAGED
If you receive your order and your contents have burst or broken through transit, please message me via email at millsmegamunchies@gmail.com with picture proof within 24 hours of receiving your order, I can then send the proof over to my courier to make the claim ASAP as processing can take up to 14 days for them to look into your proof of damaged item(s) when they delivered it.
Liability
I cannot accept any liability mistakes through your order so please make sure you put the right details before checking out. As soon as the order has been dispatched it is out of my control to change anything.
I cannot accept any liability for any dietary requirements through suppliers mistakes, While every care has been taken to ensure product information is correct, food products are constantly being reformulated, so ingredients, nutrition content, dietary and allergens may change. You should always read the product label and not rely solely on the information provided on the website.
